Tri-band gateway supports HomePass, WorkPass and Uprise with 10 Gbps Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7

DENVER, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ubee Interactive announced that its EG700 Wi-Fi 7 tri-band Ethernet gateway has earned full OpenSync™ certification across Plume Design Inc.’s HomePass®, WorkPass® and Uprise™ service suites.

The gateway runs OpenSync 6.6. Service providers can deploy it as a Plume-powered gateway or extender, giving subscribers adaptive mesh networking, advanced security and smart home management through one cloud-driven framework.

Wi-Fi 7 performance meets intelligent mesh

The EG700 delivers up to 10 Gbps services and extremely high throughput, supporting low-latency gaming, uncompressed 4K/8K streaming and high-volume file transfers.

• 10G Ethernet: One 10 Gbps WAN port, one 10 Gbps LAN port and three 1 Gbps LAN ports
• Wi-Fi 7: Multi-Link Operation (MLO) and 4×4 radios on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz, with up to 11.5 Gbps on 6 GHz alone
• OpenSync 6.6: AI-optimized intelligent mesh with band and client steering, in router or extender mode

The EG700 joins Ubee’s UBC1329 DOCSIS gateway in the Plume and OpenSync ecosystem. It is Ubee’s first certified Wi-Fi 7 gateway, reinforcing its commitment to cloud-managed broadband for cable, fiber and wireless providers.
